Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using gujjuworldtours.com (the “Site”) or booking any service offered by Gujju World Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Our services

We act as a tour operator and travel agent, arranging flights, accommodation, transfers, sightseeing, activities and visa support on behalf of travelers.

For arrangements supplied by third parties (airlines, hotels, transport companies), our role is that of an agent. The supplier’s own terms and conditions also apply to your booking.

3. Bookings & confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written booking confirmation and you have paid the required deposit or full amount as quoted.

It is your responsibility to verify that all names, dates and details on the confirmation match your travel documents. Corrections requested after confirmation may incur supplier fees.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are in the currency displayed at checkout and are per person on twin-sharing basis unless otherwise noted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before a booking is confirmed. Prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges or government-imposed taxes; we will notify you of any material change before charging.

Final balances are due 30 days before departure unless a different schedule is stated in your confirmation.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made and whether suppliers (airlines, hotels) impose non-refundable fees. The cancellation grid for your specific trip is provided in your booking confirmation.

Refunds, where due, are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.

6. Changes by you or us

You may request changes to your booking. Where possible we will accommodate them; supplier change fees may apply.

Occasionally we may need to change itinerary details, accommodations or routings due to operational, safety or force-majeure reasons. We will offer the closest possible alternative or, if that is not acceptable, a refund of the affected portion.

7. Travel documents & visas

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, all required visas, and any health certifications required for your trip.

While we may assist with visa applications, the granting of a visa is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority and we cannot guarantee the outcome.

8. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage and personal liability for every traveler. For some destinations, valid insurance is mandatory.

9. Liability

We accept liability for the negligent acts of our employees acting in the course of their employment, subject to the limitations set by international conventions where applicable.

We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure events including (but not limited to) war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, or airline / supplier failures outside our reasonable control.

10. Traveler conduct

You agree to behave reasonably during your trip and to follow the lawful instructions of guides, drivers and accommodation providers.

We reserve the right to terminate the holiday of any traveler whose behaviour endangers others or breaches local laws, with no obligation to refund or arrange return travel.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, itineraries) is owned by Gujju World Tours or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish material without written permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India unless local consumer protection laws applicable to you require otherwise.
