Booking & payment

Browse a tour you like and click “Book this trip”, or fill out a quote request and our team will respond within 24 hours with a customized itinerary and price.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UPI, net banking and bank transfers. International cards are accepted in USD, INR, CAD, GBP and EUR.

No. Most trips can be confirmed with a 25% deposit. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Some last-minute or peak-season trips may require full payment upfront.

All advertised prices are per person on twin-sharing basis unless explicitly stated. Single-occupancy and triple-occupancy options are available with a price adjustment.

Cancellations & changes

Most trips include free cancellation up to 30 days before departure. Inside 30 days, cancellation fees apply on a sliding scale. Optional Flex-Cancel coverage extends free cancellation to 7 days before departure.

Yes — date changes are free more than 45 days before departure, subject to availability. Closer to departure, change fees from suppliers may apply, which we’ll always quote upfront.

Our 24/7 on-trip support team will rebook ground arrangements (transfers, first-night hotel, missed activities) at no additional cost when a documented airline disruption occurs.

On the trip

All group tours include a dedicated trip leader plus local English-speaking guides at each stop. Private tours include a dedicated guide for the duration of your trip.

It is not included by default but is strongly recommended. We can arrange comprehensive coverage at checkout for most travelers.

Tell us at booking. We routinely arrange vegetarian, Jain, vegan, halal, kosher, and gluten-free meals across all destinations.

Most group tours run with 8–18 travelers. We never exceed 22. Private departures are available for any group size from 2 upward.

Visas & documents

Yes. Our immigration team helps with tourist visas for most destinations. We provide visa support letters, itinerary documentation, and end-to-end application assistance for an additional fee.

Yes — Schengen visas require proof of medical insurance covering at least €30,000. We can arrange compliant policies as part of your booking.
